A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must place bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

gtg999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any violation of these Terms is detected.
• If there is evidence of inconsistency or fraud in the member's information.

• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, it will be returned following the standard withdrawal process — provided that no investigation into a rule violation is ongoing.
